disscusion / What will my interview at a casino consist of?

I have an interview at a casino for a card dealer job. It said on the e-mail that the interview may be as long as 2 hours. Has anyone had an interview at a casino before? can you tell me what it consisted of please to help me prepare a bit. e.g. was it group work, or numeracy tests or what?

Also, do you know what qualities they would look out for?
